Community Info

Our community features a pool and clubhouse available for resident use.  We have a pond with fish, several miles of sidewalks for walking and many community events to entertain young and old.  There are acres of well-maintained common area.

Potterstone Village is a community governed by an HOA and managed by a professional community management firm. There are some restrictions and architectural controls but we do our best to keep enforcement friendly and rules reasonable.  You can view and download all of the relevant community documents by clicking on the Community Documents link, found within the Documents section.  HOA dues in 2020 are $154 per quarter.

 

There are always a few homes for sale here.  Building was completed in 2011 so there are no longer any lots available.  Feel free to contact us by email using the Contact Us link or come and see us!
